La Selva Group is based at five sites in Palo Alto, California. It is a program of Momentum which, for 30 years, has provided a variety of services for individuals with a mental illness. Our proven and effective services are based within our therapeutic community.

We provide a private pay group of services with different levels of care. We are in network with many insurance providers including, but not limited to, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Magellan Behavioral Health, MHN, United Behavioral Health and Value Options. We also work with out of network insurance providers. Our insurance levels of care include residential, partial hospitalization program and intensive outpatient program.
